ARCHITECTURAL TOURISM
The same as other important colonial villas, the historic center of Atlixco exhibits a great amount of catholic religious centers, it is also evidence of the great amount of religious orders that converged in this placed due to its strategic relevance, among them the Church of San Francisco, the most important in the city; the Parrish Church of Natividad de Nuestra Señora constructed in the XVI century; the Chapel of the Santísimo de la Parroquia, the convent and church of Carmen, the Church, Hospital and Convent of San Juan de Dios; the Franciscan Church and Convent, the Chapel of Tercera Orden, the Church and Convent of San Agustin, as well as the Church and Convent of the Merced.

HEALING WATER
Visit one of the public spas or hotels offering baths with the healing mineral waters of the springs formed by the filtrations of the Popocatepetl Volcano.
